Phase 1: MI Health Check & Discovery: Select Distinct conducted a full audit of the technology and processes to create a strategic roadmap.
Phase 2: Building the Foundation (Azure & SQL): We recommended a Microsoft-stack solution, hosting a data warehouse on Azure SQL Server to ensure scalability and team familiarity.
Phase 3: Performance ETL: Instead of just mirroring NetSuite searches, we replicated key back-end tables and optimized indexes. This shifted the heavy lifting away from the ERP system.
Phase 4: Visualisation: Developed tailored Power BI dashboards for each business subject area.
