Snowflake Data Cloud is a cloud-based data platform that enables organizations to store, query, and analyze data of any size. Its platform is built on the latest cloud computing technologies and is capable of handling a wide range of workloads, from data warehousing and data lakes to data engineering, data science, and data applications. Snowflake provides scalability, availability, and security, and is designed to handle petabyte-scale data sets with ease. It offers high performance, low maintenance, and a pay-as-you-go pricing model that allows for cost savings.
Google BigQuery is a cloud-based big data analytics web service that enables users to analyze massive datasets quickly and efficiently. It is a highly scalable, no-ops data warehouse in the Google Cloud Platform that allows users to query massive datasets in seconds and join them onto other datasets for more powerful analytics. With Google BigQuery, users can control access to their data based on their business needs and use the Google BigQuery API in Apps Script to access the platform.

Microsoft Power BI is a powerful business intelligence and data analytics software. It helps organizations to gain insights from data and make better decisions.
Power BI can connect to a wide range of data sources and transform and clean the data into a data model to create charts and graphs.
Power BI also offers a self-service data prep and modeling view to help users divide complex data models. It has features such as artificial intelligence, hybrid deployment support, Cortana integration, APIs for integration, and custom visualization tools.
Power BI is a great tool for data analysts, business analysts, and power users to generate meaningful reports for the organization.
Tableau is an excellent data visualization and business intelligence tool used for reporting and analyzing vast volumes of data. It is an American company that started in 2003—in June 2019, Salesforce acquired Tableau. It helps users create different charts, graphs, maps, dashboards, and stories for visualizing and analyzing data, to help in making business decisions. Tableau has a lot of unique, exciting features that make it one of the most popular tools in business intelligence (BI). It can connect to several data sources that other BI tools do not support. Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need to buy new software before working with you?
Not necessarily. Our "Software Second" philosophy means we first audit what you already have. Many of our clients are surprised to find they already own the tools (like Excel Power Pivot or Power BI within their Microsoft 365 subscription) needed to solve 90% of their data problems. We only recommend new technology if your current stack is truly holding your growth back
How do you handle data that is spread across multiple different systems?
This is our specialty. We use Integration & ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) tools like Talend, Stitch, Python, or custom SQL scripts to pull data from your various "silos"—such as your CRM, accounting software, and warehouse management system—into a single "Source of Truth" like Snowflake or BigQuery
Is my data too 'messy' for these high-end analytics tools?
Most of our projects start with a "data mess." We don’t just plug in a dashboard and hope for the best; as a Registered Management Accounting Practice, we understand the logic behind the numbers. We use data cleansing technologies to fix the foundation of your data before we ever build a visualization. Trusting the data is key
What is the difference between a Database and a Data Warehouse?
Think of a Database (like SQL Server) as a filing cabinet for daily operations—it’s great for recording individual transactions. A Data Warehouse (like Snowflake) is a high-speed library designed for analysis. It allows us to run complex reports across years of data in seconds without slowing down your live business systems
We use Google/Microsoft/AWS—can you work within our existing cloud?
Yes. We are Software Independent. Whether you are a Microsoft-heavy shop using Power BI and Azure, or a Google Cloud enthusiast using BigQuery and Looker Studio, we adapt our expertise to your infrastructure. Our goal is to provide the best technical fit for your specific business goals, not to push a specific vendor
